DaviesMurch is a Town Planning Consultancy established in 2014 by company owner Jon Murch.  Jon has been a private practice town planner since 2001 and has worked at two of the biggest names in planning consultancy services – HepherDixon (2001 to 2007) and then Savills (2007 to 2014).

Jon has significant experience of working on some of the most high-profile development projects in the UK.  For many years, he advised Arsenal Football Club on their move from the former Arsenal Stadium, Highbury to the Emirates Stadium along with the associated enabling developments.  Jon also advised the Olympic Delivery Authority on the London 2012 Stadium.

In addition to the above, Jon has carved out a reputation for being one of the ‘go-to’ people in the industry for mixed use, residential led development projects and has a significant track record of delivery throughout London and beyond.

DaviesMurch was established to offer clients something different in the market place.  The ethos of the company is to be entirely client facing with overheads kept to an absolute minimum to enable the business to focus on servicing client’s needs and delivery of their projects.  This enables a cost effective service.
